Returns

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and hygiene-sensitive items (such as opened hair care products) are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items
